First devlog!


Welcome to my first devlog! In this first post, I will be sharing an overview on skills in the game.

All skills show in the image below is implemented, except for ranged and prayer.

Here are my design motivations for each non-combat skill, which as you may see, is similar to OSRS:

Fishing & Cooking - These skills are used to gather and cook food which provides a source of healing during combat

Mining & Smithing - These two skills' purposes are to provide a source of stronger armor and weapons 

Woodcutting & Firemaking - Currently, the only purposes these have is to cut & light logs, which isn't really vital. I am planning to make firemaking more powerful in some ways, such as stronger fires having a positive impact on the cooking rate, or increasing health regeneration when near a campfire.

Prayer - This skill will unlock prayers that is used as temporary "buffs" to your character.


Basic combat functionality is implemented.


Equipped weapons, tools, helmets and armor is reflected on the character.
